At Petrite, we work hard to make sure every pet parent receives their order quickly, safely, and without stress. Here is how our delivery and shipping process works.

Lagos Delivery

We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 3 PM. Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the next day.

Our delivery window within Lagos is between 12 PM and 7 PM daily. Orders placed closer to the 3 PM cut off may arrive toward the later end of the delivery window. Your rider will call when they are close to your location.

Delivery within Lagos is charged at a flat fee of ₦2,900.

For orders below ₦10,000, delivery costs ₦1,200 more. Save on delivery when you order above ₦10,000.

Orders above ₦50,000 qualify for free delivery within Lagos.

Please note: If our rider arrives at your location and is unable to reach you, they will wait for up to 15 minutes before leaving. In this case, your delivery will be rescheduled for the next day. To avoid this, please ensure your phone is reachable on the day of delivery.

Please note that severe weather, traffic conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances within Lagos may occasionally affect delivery times. If this happens, our team will keep you updated.

 

Shipping Outside Lagos

We ship orders across Nigeria through our vetted nationwide logistics partners.

Orders outside Lagos typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days depending on your destination and are charged at a flat nationwide fee of ₦4,999.

Orders above ₦50,000 qualify for free nationwide delivery.

Free delivery eligibility is calculated after discounts and promo codes have been applied.

 

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Lagos and ship nationwide across Nigeria. If your location falls outside our delivery coverage, you will be notified during checkout.

 

Delays

If your order takes longer than expected for any reason, our team will reach out via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to keep you informed every step of the way.
