The rim is the whole idea. It sits high and soft all the way round, so your pet can rest their chin on it, tuck their nose under their tail and feel held on every side. Curled up in a donut is how cats and small dogs sleep when they feel safe, and this bed is shaped to make that the easiest position in the room.

Before you use it

It arrives vacuum packed and flat. That is normal and it is how we get it to you without the price of a parcel three times the size. Take it out, give it a good shake and fluff, and leave it a few hours. It rises to full size on its own. If it looks small and squashed when you open it, nothing is wrong, it just has not breathed yet.

Will it fit?

50cm across and 20cm tall. That deep rim takes up a lot of the circle, so the actual sleeping well is closer to 30cm.
